My creations and sessions are a reflection of what emanate from within my heart. My mission is to share profound light and wisdom with the world. Encouraging self-initiation on the path of conscious living I aspire to guide individuals in unveiling their true nature and evolving to meet their fullest potential to collectively illuminate the world. I am inspired by the belief that every person can uncover their unique light and wisdom.My wish is to empower you to lead with the heart, live free of suffering, and be free to experience life as you! It is my deepest intention to help you discover healing at the soul level. I believe that when we heal our own hearts, we bring the whole world with us. Our vibrant energy will create a ripple effect, projecting outward to the world around us and beyond, making our energy expansive, magnetic, and attracting more opportunities into our lives. I am a certified 200 KRI yoga teacher, hold a 500 RYT in Vinyasa yoga, and I am a devoted lifelong learner of many other disciplines of yoga and meditation. As a healer,  I am a Reiki Master, acupressure healer, and sound practitioner. I incorporate many elements of healing modalities from the wisdom I have gained from vast technologies that I have studied and worked with. With each yoga and healing session, I intuitively create a mix of elements to match what is being called upon at the time of the session to reach maximum healing potential.
